Lupe Metzger
Lupe, originally from Weslaco, Texas, has dedicated the majority of her adult years to the Lone Star State, now proudly calling Austin her home. Her deep involvement in Youth Soccer spanning over three decades, coupled with her unshakable fondness for the region, has kept her fervently engaged in both soccer and the realm of Real Estate. While her initial focus was centered around South Padre Island, Lupe's dedication has seamlessly transitioned to serving the Austin area, where she has firmly re-established her roots.
As a conscientious Realtor, Lupe embodies traits of credibility, commitment, and unyielding determination. Her passion for real estate shines through her adept communication skills and her warm, friendly demeanor. Beyond her professional endeavors, Lupe actively administers youth soccer in the STX region and boasts achievements as both an accomplished athlete and mountaineer.
Although her passion for Real Estate has always burned bright, Lupe was previously unable to pursue this career due to her roles as a dedicated soccer mom and spouse. However, when the opportunity presented itself, she seized it with unwavering determination. In her own words, "I possess exceptional communication skills and thrive in collaborative environments. I am an excellent choice due to my tireless work ethic, loyalty, trustworthiness, and above all, my genuine care for others. I consider myself a representative of more than just my own interests; my actions resonate with those who believe in me. Driven by this, I take immense pride in all my endeavors, especially when advocating for others. My integrity is paramount, ensuring no one questions my character. My ultimate passion lies in aiding others, and real estate provides the ideal avenue for this."
On the personal front, Lupe embraces a fulfilling marital life, and her family has expanded to include two children and four cherished grandchildren. Beyond her professional commitments, she finds solace and joy in moments spent fishing and surfing with her loved ones. Moreover, her compassionate nature extends to her active involvement in various local non-profit organizations, a testament to her unwavering commitment to her community's well-being.
